I work full-time in the NHS and have 4 children and a gorgeous black Labrador called Poppy.
My British-Hungarian story:
My father (originally from Csákánydoroszló) fought in the revolution in 1956 and came to England in December that year. My mother (originally from Himod) left Hungary on 4th November 1956 and arrived in Britain on 22nd March 1957. We used to spend our 6 weeks summer holidays when I was a child in Csákánydoroszló with our relatives and had a wonderful time. I am extremely proud of my Hungarian heritage and try to teach my children Hungarian.
